I started the course by building out my portfolio, so this website is the continuation of my original project.
In this individual project, I conducted a usability evaluation of the Duolingo mobile app to assess its effectiveness as a language learning tool. By combining heuristic analysis with a small-scale user test, I identified key strengths and areas for improvement related to user interface design, navigation, and overall user experience. This project showcases my ability to apply usability principles in a real-world context.
This instructional video project guides educators through the process of teaching students in grades 3–8 how to develop strong problem statements—an essential step in invention and project-based learning. The video includes clearly defined lesson objectives, engaging content delivery, built-in assessment questions, and a concise summary. I developed a full storyboard and production plan to support my scripting and filming process. This project highlights my ability to translate complex instructional design elements into accessible, student-friendly media.
This self-paced online training module introduces learners to the basics of Intellectual Property (IP), including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. Built using Adobe Captivate, the course includes instructional slides, a formative quiz, and an interactive scenario designed to reinforce key concepts through real-world application. This project showcases my skills in e-learning design, interactive media, and instructional sequencing for digital environments.
